Melanie Sithole serves at TAG as an experienced elementary educator. In addition to her role as a school principal, she is first and foremost a wife and mother of two boys. Over the course of her career, she has served as a special education teacher, MTSS Specialist, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal in various schools across Atlanta Public Schools.

Dana Bowden started her teaching career in Dekalb County Schools. Ms. Bowden returned to North Carolina and earned her Master's in Educational Leadership from North Carolina Central University. After earning her Masters, Ms. Bowden worked in various roles including District STEM Coordinator, District Transformation Coach, District Curriculum Specialist, and principal of STEM Middle School. As a student in North Carolina State University's doctoral program, Ms. Bowden earned her Specialist Degree. Returning to Georgia, Ms. Bowden was excited to be a part of the inception of Tuskegee Airmen Global Academy and TAG's first-year faculty and staff.

Marco A. Pitts graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2003 and 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Behavior and Master's Degree in School Counseling. He later received his Leadership Endorsement from Clark Atlanta University and a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. He spent 7 years in Fulton County Schools as an Elementary School Counselor. He later transitioned to Atlanta Public Schools as a middle school counselor for four years.
